Straw Hat Recordings is a home-recording collective based out of Portland, Maine.

Our hope is to provide a midpoint from which independent musicians can advertise their creations without the burden of lonely self-promotion.

While still a bit unorganized, we eventually plan to produce CDs, tapes, vinyl, digital releases and maybe even organize shows for homespun musicians wherever they are. ... more
